Funding & Partnerships

Partnership support can strengthen TRACE longitudinal operations, BMCA public infrastructure, multi-omic profiling, international data harmonization, and training across participating institutions.

Support TRACE operations

Funding supports prospective tissue retrieval, matched archival tissue/data recovery, recurrent BrM tracking, and linked clinical, imaging, and genomic data curation.

Support BMCA portal development

Support sustains BMCA hosting, metadata curation, visualization tools, controlled-download workflows, documentation, and long-term public accessibility.

Support multi-omic profiling

Resources can help expand single-cell, spatial, genome-architecture, imaging-linked, and integrative molecular profiling of brain metastasis evolution.

Partnership priorities

Support international data harmonization Support trainees and analyst exchange Foundation and sponsored-research partnerships Philanthropy through host institutions

Administrative coordination

All philanthropic or sponsored-research support will be coordinated through the appropriate participating institution. This avoids implying that BRIDGE itself is a legal entity that can directly receive donations or sponsored-research funds.
