Working Groups
BRIDGE working groups bring together clinical, scientific, computational, and translational partners around focused priorities in longitudinal brain metastasis research.
Groups may be convened or refined as the Consortium develops. Participation, scope, and outputs are subject to relevant scientific, governance, ethics, and data-access policies.
Data Harmonization and Governance
Develop practical approaches for metadata standards, contributor protections, data quality, controlled access, and responsible sharing.
Atlas and Cell Annotation
Support cell-state definitions, annotation review, atlas organization, and alignment of single-cell and spatial resources.
Computational Analysis
Coordinate reproducible workflows for single-cell, spatial, genome-architecture, imaging, and integrative multi-omic analysis.
Translational Research
Connect longitudinal molecular findings with recurrence, treatment response, therapeutic resistance, and clinically relevant research questions.
Training and Community
Facilitate knowledge exchange through workshops, working sessions, documentation, and opportunities for early-career and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Participate in BRIDGE working groups
Members and prospective collaborators can indicate their interests when joining BRIDGE or contacting the coordination team. The Consortium will share working-group opportunities as scopes and participation pathways are established.
